A chakra, also known as a center or focal point, is a psychic center in the body that regulates different aspects of our existence. Every human being has seven energy centers that are called chakras. When we receive love, kindness, and blessings from our divine source, a lot of these positive energies spin around and fill us with joy. However, when we don\u2019t receive the same amount of love and blessings from our source or when negativity fills us up and we don\u2019t know how to expel it, the negative energies shorten and contract into the chakras. These negative energies blockages may cause physical symptoms such as fatigue, headaches, and stress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are 7 chakras in our body:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  2. Sacral Chakra<\/li>
  3. Solar Plexus Chakra<\/li>

    Root Chakra is associated with grounding and stability. It helps us to remain stable so that we can face whatever challenges come our way. It is also referred to as the root essence point of energy because it connects us to our physical self, instincts and pure spring energy from Mother Earth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
