And now I feel really different since I started adapting them. Autumn is the Vata Dosha Time! And as Vata is the dosha of air and ether elements, it is the time of winds, cooler weather, dryness and roughness. I would like to share my Autumn wellness tips for your healthy daily routine!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Autumn Wellness Tips<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>&#x2714;&#xfe0f; It is all about BALANCE! That is why we crave warm-cozy afternoons, with a cup of tea in front of a fire with a soft blanket &#8211; all the things that are the opposite of what the season brings -so that we can balance!
